HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET ABS?
‘We all have the same core muscles, but some people are naturally more muscular than others,’ says Dr Colin Moran, lecturer in health and exercise science at the University of Stirling.
And since we all store fat differently, it follows that whatever method helps your friend lose fat from her stomach fast may not work for you. Genetics against you? ‘Most people can encourage their pack to show in a few months with targeted ab exercises,’ says Dr Moran.

LYING LEG RAISES:
a. You can stay lying down. Place your hands underneath your glutes for support and lift your legs to the ceiling, toes pointed.
b. Slowly lower your legs to the floor keeping them as straight as possible. Pause at the bottom and then raise again. Remember to breathe.
