Girls working out in a gym - A UK Wide Guide To Free Fitness - Women's Health UK

&copy Stocksy

If fitness doesn’t sound alluring to you, can we tempt you with free fitness instead?

Because let’s be honest, as if gym motivation wasn’t hard enough, the extortionate members prices and exclusive clubs can make working out seem—well, intimidating.

But team, there is plenty of free fitness happening up and down the UK if only you know where to seek it out. Or, alternatively, let us do the hard work for you. That way, you can spend your paycheck on Sweaty Betty’s new power leggings and a pair of Nike React running shoes. Or go all out and book that bucket list flight to Goa for a fitness holiday.

Never fear. WH to the rescue with their extensive UK wide guide to free fitness.
